Automatic Alt Text

IncLearn uses Azure AI services to automatically generate descriptive alt text for images:

  • AI Analysis - Computer vision analyzes image content
  • Context Awareness - Considers surrounding content for relevant descriptions and performs OCR for images of text
  • Manual Override - Instructors can edit or provide custom alt text

WCAG Adherence

  • All images have generated or user-provided alt text

Best Practices

  1. Provide clear, descriptive alt text when possible
